Man oh man I know I will love using this marinate! Got a bottle from Edmond Hynduai and just the taste is fantastic cannot wait to marinate a pork belly and place I the smoker!
3 hours of marinate on fresh salmon filets, used no other spices/ingredients. Grilled at 300degF in my pellet BBQ, skin side down first to release skin (<5 minutes, then 10miutes for both sides each keeping the top side moist throughout. Incredibly moist yet cooked through with great flavor.
Great sauce for any meats or veggies if you want some flavor you wil keep coming back to.
