Man oh man I know I will love using this marinate! Got a bottle from Edmond Hynduai and just the taste is fantastic cannot wait to marinate a pork belly and place I the smoker!
3 hours of marinate on fresh salmon filets, used no other spices/ingredients. Grilled at 300degF in my pellet BBQ, skin side down first to release skin (<5 minutes, then 10miutes for both sides each keeping the top side moist throughout. Incredibly moist yet cooked through with great flavor.
Great sauce for any meats or veggies if you want some flavor you wil keep coming back to.

Use it for your stir fry, use it as a marinade for your chicken, use it for a glaze for your steak....you can't go wrong! This sauce is phenomenal and very universal! Don't sleep on this one, it is dangerously good for all of your kitchen needs!
I’ve used Dad’s for a couple years now. The flavor is outstanding on beef and pork which is mostly what I cook. Going to try fish soon. So easy to use too!
