Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your RA, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped promptly.
