INGREDIENTS
- 4-6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 cup Dad’s Own Products Colorado Cooking Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
- Marinate the Chicken:
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the Dad’s Own Products Colorado Cooking Sauce over the steaks, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
2. Prepare the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).
- If using charcoal or wood, ensure the coals are ashed over and spread evenly for consistent heat.
3.Grill the Chicken:
- Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels. Discard the marinade.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side down.
- Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
4. Rest and Serve:
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
