INGREDIENTS

  • 4-6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 cup Dad’s Own Products Colorado Cooking Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
  • Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
  • Pour the Dad’s Own Products Colorado Cooking Sauce over the steaks, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

2. Prepare the Grill:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).
  • If using charcoal or wood, ensure the coals are ashed over and spread evenly for consistent heat.

3.Grill the Chicken:

  • Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels. Discard the marinade.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side down.
  • Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.

4. Rest and Serve:

  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  • Serve with your favorite sides.
