Lamb Skewers

  • 1 pound lamb loin, boneless
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3.5 tablespoons Dad’s Own
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder


  • Whisk together marinade ingredients
  • Cut the lamb into long strips
  • Pour the marinade over the lamb strips and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the lamb strips from the marinade and slide onto skewers length wise.
  • Place skewers on a heated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Serving: Great served with cilantro mint sauce or on their own with rice.
