Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Cook: 7.5 hours

Ready in: 7 hours 35 minutes


  • 2-3 pounds beef roast
  • ¾ cup Dad’s Own
  • 1.25 ounces onion soup mix
  • Water


  • Place roast in crockpot
  • Mix Dad’s Own with soup mix and pour over roast
  • Add water to cover ¾ of the roast and cook on low for 7-8 hours

Serving: Shred beef and serve on buns with horseradish. For deli sandwiches, refrigerate the whole roast and slice thin.
